Jean Rae Bowers, daughter Daisy along with parents Avance and Emma Fallie have been in  Roseleigh since 1990.  The Fallies were in the buyout sale of The Memphis International Airport from the Red Oaks Neighborhood in Whitehaven.  Avance, who loved this community,  died in January 2014.  Educationally graduated from Memphis State University with a BA in Social Welfare, and M. ED in Guidance and Personnel Services with concentration in Secondary School Counseling and , University of Minnesota Center for Youth Development and Research, University of Southern at Los Angeles California Leonard Davis School of Gerontology Ethel Percy Andrus Gerontology and Post Graduate studies at University of Memphis; Work History includes but not limited to Administration, Supervision, Program Management, Consulting, Teacher, Counseling, Monitor, Planning, Community Development,  Proposal Writing, Community Corrections. Jobs include but not limited to FBI(Washington, DC), YWCA, State Tech, Shelby State, Mphs Urban League, Memphis Park Commission, Office of Planning and Development, Mphs Veterans Hospital, USO, Area Agency on Aging,Positive Mental Association and Legislative Intern with Nashville Legislature.  Volunteering includes but not limited to Secretary and Vice President of Roseleigh, Chairperson of Annual Roseleigh Picnic and Garage Sale, Board Member of Girls Inc., Memphis Urban League,  Sarah Brown Branch YWCA and Membership Chairperson NAACP. 24 yiear member of Miss. Blvd Christian Church serving as 14

year ArmorBearer to Sr.Pastor. Presently semi-retired.  I love this neignbors, an neighborhood.  I will do all I can to keep Roseleigh moving forward.

Stanley E. Jones and his wife Catherine have lived in Roseleigh since 2009. When relocating to Memphis
from Pittsburg, Pa. in 1976, they looked at Roseleigh, but decided on a developing community in Hickory Hill. The sereness and friendliness of Roseleigh eventually lured them back. Stanley and his wife Catherine are natives of Birmingham, AL. They have three children and three grandchildren. Stanleyholds a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Pittsburg in vocational education. He is a Viet Nam veteran, was an educator in Pittsburg for several years before beginning a career with the telephone company. He is presently an engineering manager at AT&T.

Miltonette Norman reside at 7754 October Rose Drive. My husband John Norman and I have been a resident of Roseleigh Neighborhood since February of 1998. May of 1999, I became a retired educator after thirty six
years. I encountered many positive and rewarding experiences during my teaching career. I am an active member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, also a certified Altar Server and Eucharistic Minister. A proud mother of two conscientious daughters and grandmother of five assertive and self-driven grandchildren. I am concern
about our community therefore; I am a Block Captain, member of the RNA Board of Directors and Vice President of "The Ladies of Roseleigh." I am fond of my neighborhood and I am sure we all feel the same.
